Spencer Marona has 15 years of leadership, management, and executive sales experience. Over the course of his career, his individual production and teams he has led have generated more than one billion in sales for companies including Amazon and Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services.
Spencer is a highly sought after team performance coach, body language consultant, sales trainer & coach, behavior performance coach, and keynote speaker. Spencer believes:• It's only a problem if you think it's a problem.• Everyone living is a salesperson, and most are unaware.• If you expect the unexpected and prepare the best, you won't be surprised.Prior to Chaos Advantage, Spencer was the managing director at HFO Investment Real Estate, the Pacific Northwest’s leader in multifamily investment property sales. Spencer oversaw the strategy and execution of the firm’s short-and- long term objectives. During his time HFO’s revenue and net profits grew nearly 300%.Spencer’s career in commercial real estate began as a broker at Flinn Ferguson Corporate Real Estate, in Seattle, WA, where he trained and worked with some of the top brokers in the country. Preceding HFO, Spencer managed sales teams for multiple offices at Marcus & Millichap, the largest and most active investment property sales firm in North America, with $42.3 billion in closed transactions in 2016. Spencer was responsible for managing more than 130 brokers in the offices of Seattle, Sacramento, Reno, and Las Vegas. Other responsibilities included conducting investment brokerage sales training for all new brokers, recruiting, assisting in procuring new clients, and strategic market deployment. Spencer’s leadership and track record also opened a door for him to work on a business development team at Amazon. He was tasked with scaling Amazon's Automotive merchant business. During Spencer's time, he earned a top producer award, and his team grew the Amazon Automotive new merchant account 1,900% in 2012 & 292% in 2013 resulting in sales revenue growth of 245% in 2012 & 298% in 2013. The Automotive sales and business development team had a 550% growth in headcount during Spencer's time, where he assisted in the hiring of all team members. Spencer created, conducted and oversaw the training process for all new members to his team.In college Spencer played football for the University of Washington and participated in five bowl games including the 2001 Rose Bowl Championship, He also student-coached with the Huskies under Head Coach, Rick Neuheisel, and the legendary Defensive Line Coach, Randy Hart.
